CILogon

CILogon is used to provide external users access to the University of Missouri Hellbender cluster. UMSystem users (MU, MST, UMSL, UMKC), submit an MU Hellbender Account request.

1. Use an incognito/private browser
2. Create an ORCID https://orcid.org/register (InCommon members skip to step 3)
   • Please use your organization e-mail (school, business etc) as opposed to Gmail when getting an ORCID
3. Create an MU CILogon account (for CIMUSE, use your organization's link):
   • CIMUSE
     • Lincoln University
     • Missouri Western
     • Northwest Missouri State University
     • Southeast Missouri State University
     • Truman State University
     • Webster University
   • Other Researcher
4. Request Hellbender account
   • Researchers: fill out an MU Hellbender Account request
   • Students: make note of your CILogon UID and send to your instructor
   • Instructors: fill out a course request form and include the class roster's uids
